The Durrell Wildlife Trust Zoo in Jersey, UK has a huge enclosure that is home to the White-Handed Gibbon. In the wild, these gibbons are threatened by extinction. They are not hunted by man, but the disappearance of the rainforest on which they are dependant threatens all species of gibbon.
